Includes exercise twice a week for 25-minute sessions and a weekly 25-minute nutrition lesson. The same three, six, and nine-month time spans from the nutrition program apply.
Take a deep dive into my full nutrition program that integrates exercise, health education, and cooking classes to get you living a healthier lifestyle today. I’ll exercise with you two times a week, and give you extra cooking classes according to which duration you choose. Contact me for additional information.
Included in the exercise program is the support of a personal trainer as well as a full body assessment, starting weigh in, body measurement, 25 one-minute workouts, 45- minute circuit training cardio workouts, strength training, and more.
I combine cardio and weight training to give you the best exercise for your body type. Everyone needs a different kind of regimen to help them reach their goals. I’ll provide you with the techniques, demonstrate them, and guide you as you perform. We meet twice a week for 25 minutes each time.
This program includes 3 meals and teaches you how to prepare healthy meals on your own for you and your family.
