All-Inclusive Program

Includes exercise twice a week for 25-minute sessions and a weekly 25-minute nutrition lesson. The same three, six, and nine-month time spans from the nutrition program apply.

Take a deep dive into my full nutrition program that integrates exercise, health education, and cooking classes to get you living a healthier lifestyle today. I’ll exercise with you two times a week, and give you extra cooking classes according to which duration you choose. Contact me for additional information. 

Nutrition Program

Single day and three, six, and nine-month programs are available. Includes weekly nutrition lessons on hidden dangers in foods, how to read labels, decipher the meaning of ingredients, how to eat out and on the go,  cooking lessons, shopping trips, and supplemental materials. The number of classes depends on the program length.

Also includes a welcome packet, weekly meal plan, monthly testing such as PH balance, blood sugar, blood pressure, total fat, body measurements, and weigh-ins. Bonuses are available for those who reach their goals.
Weekly recipes, specific recipes that fit your needs, food swap list, food journal, weekly shopping list, weekly handouts, accountability, motivation, support, and special additional workshop classes are provided.
The 6-month program also includes:  three shopping classes, three cooking classes (one with a guest), and monthly exercise sheets*. The exercise is not the one-on-one training, but rather a program for the client to work out at home. I do demonstrate the exercise to the client. group sessions no cost to the program client.

Exercise Program

Included in the exercise program is the support of a personal trainer as well as a full body assessment, starting weigh in, body measurement, 25 one-minute workouts, 45- minute circuit training cardio workouts, strength training, and more.

I combine cardio and weight training to give you the best exercise for your body type. Everyone needs a different kind of regimen to help them reach their goals. I’ll provide you with the techniques, demonstrate them, and guide you as you perform. We meet twice a week for 25 minutes each time. 

Cooking Program

This program includes 3 meals and teaches you how to prepare healthy meals  on your own for you and your family.

Class usually lasts 2 hours. This can be combined with a shopping lesson for a 4 hour combined class.

How Do I know If Coaching is Right For Me?

Not everyone’s bodies are the same, and so not every workout you find online will help you. I tailor your workout plan to your body type to help you lose weight efficiently and effectively.

As a Nutrition Specialist and a Personal Trainer in Cinnaminson, NJ I believe in individuality. My program is about YOU and what works for only you. There is NOT a “one size fits all” program. I am not here to sell you any type of product! I am a wellness authority and a supportive mentor that motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices, as well as educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior modifications.
