Are you pushing your cart through your local supermarket on autopilot, reaching for the same items again, and again? Living Healthier by Design helps teach you to question your food, create viable meal plans, and find the ingredients that will help you reach your lifestyle goals

Exercise Program

There are more benefits to working out with a personal trainer, than working out on your own.  I will help you to create a unique workout plan to fit your individual needs and goals and accommodate any injuries or other obstacles that might otherwise prevent you from exercising.


I understand the plight of the modern household and have developed workshops to teach you how to navigate your supermarket and host events for your friends that will get you all Living Healthier by Design. My workshops are individual events and can be scheduled at your convenience.

As a Nutrition Specialist and a Personal Trainer in Cinnaminson, NJ I believe in individuality. My program is about YOU and what works for only you.

There is NOT a “one size fits all” program.

I am not here to sell you any type of product! I am a wellness authority and a supportive mentor that motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices, as well as educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior modifications.

A healthy diet doesn’t have to be whatever the latest fad tells you to do. My program will show you how to eat healthy while still having access to delicious foods you and your family will love.

Staying motivated and focused while working out can be a real challenge when you aren’t happy with your health. If you are looking for a more private space to improve yourself and a mentor to keep you motivated, my program can help you.

Not everyone’s bodies are the same, and so not every workout you find online will help you. I tailor your workout plan to your body type to help you lose weight efficiently and effectively.

How It Works

Schedule Your One on One

Living Healthier begins with finding your goals and pain points. Schedule your One on One with me to learn more about nutrition, things to look for when you’re working out, and what next steps there are for you.

Choose a Plan

Living Healthier By Design provides 3 main areas of service. I often recommend choosing our All-Inclusive Plan,  but you may want just 1 or 2 of the services, working with me can help you determine which plan is best for you.

Reach Your Goals

Once you have chosen your plan with me, you can work towards reaching your goals. I will be there with you every step of the way towards helping you Live Healthier By Design.
I started working with Theresa approximately 3 months ago and in that time I lost 22 pounds, about 4 inches off my waist but most importantly I improved nearly every test in my blood work. My blood sugar, cholesterol, liver tests are nearly perfect. In addition, my cardiologist has informed my that I am on a track to get off my blood pressure medication. I was on a very poor trajectory with my health prior to meeting Theresa. She opened my eyes any taught my very simple ways I can change my diet and make significant improvements. I started working with Theresa about 3 months ago, one thing she noticed right away is that I was retaining water and after some questions she some work she pointed out that my sodium intake was way high. I thought I was eating healthy in my choices, but looking at the sodium content I was not. I started working out with her and now I am down over 20″ 6 alone in my belly! I can wear pants and shirts I have not worn in years or have never worn!

 We went shopping together and we are going to cook together so I have meal prep for a week.
